You dont have to be an operator to find this app useful. This app is a great addition to any one looking to get more out of the gym and improve their fitness game. The add on nutrition supplement is great as well. Even if you do not follow all of the advice listed and use it ala carte style as I do, this is a great tool and an essential addition to anyones fitness library. Being a military contractor, I deploy frequently and this app is useful wherever I am in the world. No matter the equipment or lack thereof, I am able to put together a solid workout and diet plan based on the useful information provided. I highly recommend you buy this app!!

Its overall a good app and has a lot of valuable information that i am prepared to use. I just wish they had some table or graph that can help organize a daily nutrition diet, and a workout schedule just to keep me on track and enter the navy prepared. If they already do then i have not found it.
This is a book plus some other stuff. I dont know much about the other stuff - Im enjoying reading the book and pleasantly surprised at the depth, breadth, and that it is appropriate for someone who isnt in the military. As a book you can mark (or unmark) a section as a favorite. I wish there was a way to highlight smaller parts.
Even though I was in the number 1 Special Forces groups as far as fitness! The SEAL Teams (and the Navy) really put information to help the average athlete fully understand what to do and what not to do in a wide spectrum! Its very hard to find all this info in one place, mostly do to the fact that exercise gurus wanna make money! The only questionable part of the program is the swimming and the info on that part, but I can say that because I swam in college and more importantly Im a prior USAF Pararescueman. All and all I highly recommend the average Joe to learn this info from cover to cover and truly understand it. This is how you train, this aint no fade, and its not supposed to be easy. Hoo-Yah, High Speed!

You wont find, in one place, all the exercise and diet information recommended by most experts unless you have this app. Im not a SEAL or ever will be but this information has made me smarter on my health training.
